Where is my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace link to follow your delivery every step of the way.
At Leafy, we ship worldwide while actively compensating for CO₂ emissions. On average, deliveries take 5-9 business days to arrive.
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery window has passed. We’ll work with the postal service to sort it out.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to external factors.
How is my order shipped?

What if my package arrives damaged?
If something isn’t right, here’s what to do:
- Record a short video while unboxing the package, showing the condition of the items inside.
- Send the video and a brief description of the issue to support@byleafy.com within 3 days of receiving the package.
