If you’re not 100% satisfied, simply email us at support@byleafy.com with your order number and the email you used to place your order, and we’ll sort it out.
Important Details:
- If you’re new to Leafy, we recommend starting with a single box to see if it’s the perfect match before trying larger bundles.
- Refunds require a return of the product, and return shipping costs are your responsibility (we suggest using a tracked service to avoid loss). Once you share a tracking number with our team, we’ll process your refund immediately.
This 30-day guarantee applies only to first-time purchases made through our website and does not include multipacks or subscriptions.
Change of Mind Returns
Had a change of heart? No problem.
Email us at support@byleafy.com with your order number and email to begin the return process.
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund right away.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return it unopened within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return postage is your responsibility.
If a package is declined at delivery or returned to sender, a €9 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.
Subscriptions – No Strings Attached
You’re in control! At Leafy, we believe in flexibility. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime:

- Need help? Just email us at support@byleafy.com, and we’ll take care of it.
Please note: If your subscription order has already been processed and charged, we can’t cancel or refund it. However, we’ll make sure future orders are updated or canceled as requested.
Damaged Orders
Every now and then, delivery mishaps happen – and we’re here to fix it!
If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@byleafy.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, email, and photos of the damages. We’ll send a replacement your way immediately.
Ordered the Wrong Item?
Mistakes happen! If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, here’s what to do:
- If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us right away, and we’ll make the change.
- If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to return the unopened items within 30 days. Return shipping is your responsibility.
If we made an error and sent you the wrong product, send us your order details and photos of the received items. We’ll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
